Clients use coaches for one or more reasons. Oftentimes, it’s because they know they are getting in their own way, and want to stop “tripping over themselves”.  They may need clarity and direction–One of my clients stated that I “took all of that stuff floating around (in her heart, mind, and business actions), and synchronized it.”.  There are other reasons.  For example, they may want to:<\/div>\n

<\/td>\nprioritize, basing personal and business goals on one’s values<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nbecome a better people manager, have more productive & cohesive teams<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\ndevelop strategy-supportive environments and have more sustainable energy<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\ndevelop themselves as better, more inspiring leaders<\/p>\n
