Lynnea Hagen’s motto for her business, and her life, is: “Life’s too short to do it half-way!”, and she brings that passion into everything she does. She is a speaker, trainer, author, consultant, and the owner of The Abundance Company, specializing in advanced leadership skills and “success-driven” strategic business plans for entrepreneurs and corporate professionals. She has been a consultant to Silicon Valley-based corporations since 1981, and a coach to corporate professionals since 1986.
Prior to starting her own consulting and coaching firm, Lynnea developed processes and ran programs for Disney and Quaker State Oil, was a director for two technical consulting and recruiting companies, and a consultant for AT&T/Pacific Bell in the commercial sales and marketing division, serving top global companies. Her client list includes Cisco, H.P., Xerox, Advanced Micro Devices, Genentech, Intel, the University of California, county and city governments, and numerous small and emerging businesses.
Lynnea has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology, a graduate certificate in Information Systems Management, and a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is a certified Executive and Business Coach, as well as a Certified Dream Coach™. She holds licenses in many business and coaching tools, including the powerful One Page Business Plan™. She is certified through the Secretan Institute as a “Higher Ground Leadership™” facilitator. She synthesized her knowledge and experience into a holistic “success model”, termed the “Ecosystem of Success".
Finally, Lynnea is co-author of the book, The Spirit of Silicon Valley—Journeys and Transformations Beyond Technology; and is the author of the forthcoming book, Success Stew—Chunks of Leadership Wisdom for a Thriving Organization, based on interviews from her live-talk radio show, “Abundance Leadership”, and uses her “Ecosystem” to pull it all together.
