My Sounding-Board™ provides monthly peer advisory groups comprised of up to 10 small business owners, who run non-competing businesses. Each month, members gather (face-to-face, or by teleconference), to share experiences and challenges in their businesses. The meetings include video trainings by some of the top experts in the world, and are guided by a highly trained facilitator/coach. Members also receive monthly one-on-one private coaching sessions with their facilitator/coach. The result is objective, totally open feedback; accountability; and a sounding board for best business practices.

I sought out the group because my practice was stagnating.
